Yamarita Recipe

Recipe
Yam
Salt
Maggi
Egg
Groundnut Oil
Sugar(optional)

Steps
Peel and slice Yam.
Add salt and sugar(optional) to taste
boil yam,
Meanwhile break a reasonable number of eggs in a bowl big enough for the yam
Add salt and Maggi to the egg and beat.
When the yam is done, remove from pot and put in the egg,
Ensure your groundnut oil is hot enough to fry
Then begin to fry your yam

Yamarita can be served with any kind of sauce.......carrot sauce,sausage sauce etc

    are we not suppose to dip yam in powder before egg?

  4. Even me that I am a guy knows that there should be flour in the recipe for TFC's so coined "Yamarita".

  5. Obviously this teacher na very poor teacher wey no sabi cook. I hope you are not making a cookery book cus you will be misleading a lot of innocent freshers. Please everone go and check out Anita's blog. Very rich, detailed and extensive. Thot I should see from another angle but this is totally rubbish. You can do much better pleasssssssseeeee
